Andrea Cole

Andrea Cole has over 25 years of experience in human resources. ANDREA currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at KOOL PAK° LLC where they collaborate with department managers to recruit and retain top talent, analyzes compensation and benefits trends, and proposes competitive pay programs. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Morrow and as a Regional Human Resources Director at Orianna Health Systems. Andrea also gained extensive experience as a Human Resources Director at Brentwood Corporation and NUVO International, where they managed recruitment, employee relations, and training programs. ANDREA began their career at Milgard Manufacturing as a Human Resources Generalist, specializing in recruiting, orientation, and benefits administration.

Andrea Cole obtained an Associate of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Ashworth College, from the years 2010 to 2012.
