Ray Schubnel

Ray Schubnel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ray is currently the Director of Quality at Kopin Corporation since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Raytheon for many years in various roles such as Director Six Sigma - Operations and Supply Chain, Quality Manager - RF Components, CCA, and Environmental Laboratories, Mission Innovation Program Manager, RF Components Lead Program Manager, Six Sigma Lead, and Deputy Program Manager.

Before joining Raytheon, Ray Schubnel worked as a Sales Manager at Hilite Industries from 1995 to 1999 and as a Manufacturing Engineer & SPC Manager at Curtiss Wright Flight Systems from 1992 to 1995.

Ray Schubnel obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. Following this, they attended Harvard Business School from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained their Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
