Mohan Kannan

Mohan Kannan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mohan is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Korcomptenz Inc, where they are responsible for leading the company's technological transformation. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2022, they worked at Kellton Tech Solutions Limited, initially as the Director - Strategic Accounts and later as the Vice President Client Services. In these roles, they focused on customer satisfaction, relationship management, and aligning IT engagements with the customer journey. Before joining Kellton, Mohan founded Mint Business Solutions in 2008 and served as the Founder for nearly a decade. During this time, they also co-founded Peoplepower, a resume database built for recruiters. Mohan began their career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in 1998, where they held various positions, including Head of Professional Services and Human Resources for the IT division. At TCS, they played a key role in establishing and expanding the Professional Services division, achieving significant revenue milestones. Additionally, they were responsible for manpower planning and resource allocation across the country during their tenure as Corporate MATC (RMG).
