Michael Piekarz

Michael Piekarz is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently, Michael works at KORE Power since April 2022. Prior to this position, Michael served as a mechanical engineer at Northern Reliability from May 2021 to May 2022 and as a project engineer and engineering assistant at Mechanical Solutions, Inc. from May 2017 to May 2021, where responsibilities included assisting in the assembly and testing of motor-driven water pumps. Michael also completed a mechanical engineering co-op at Ashcroft Inc. in 2016, focusing on tooling design using SolidWorks and prototype iteration. Early in the career, Michael held seasonal positions as a lifeguard at Troy Family YMCA and in customer service roles at Fairway Restaurant and Pizzeria. Michael obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Design, Innovation, and Society from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2017.
