Patrick Hundal

Patrick Hundal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Patrick began their career as a Sales Process Consultant at CleanPix in 2005. Patrick then worked as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Good Technology from 2005 to 2007, where they provided technical pre-sales support and communication to Fortune 100 companies. After Good Technology was acquired by Motorola, Patrick continued working as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, focusing on technical pre-sales support and channel sales coaching. In 2007, they joined Research In Motion as a Global Enterprise Solutions Engineer, where they worked with Fortune 250 companies to evangelize BlackBerry and guide wireless deployments. Patrick also played a key role in driving customer support agreements and providing escalation support. In 2010, Patrick worked as a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer at HP, specifically in the webOS division. Patrick then joined 3LM in 2011 as a Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer, focusing on enterprise sales. In 2013, they joined Mozilla as a Strategic Partnership Manager, where they managed mobile and corporate development partnerships until 2018. Patrick then worked as a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect at Sift from 2019 to 2020. Patrick joined Twilio in 2020 as a Senior Solutions Architect, leading the largest deals in the mid-market segment and providing field support for complex North America deals. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering, leading a global team focused on connectivity, hardware, and software solutions for Twilio's IoT business unit. Currently, Patrick is the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering at KORE, starting in 2023.

Patrick Hundal received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a joint focus on Business Administration and Computing Science from Simon Fraser University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications from Pragmatic Marketing, including Pragmatic Marketing Certified – Level I (PMC-I) and Pragmatic Marketing Certified – Level II (PMC-II).
