Katarzyna Liszka

Katarzyna Liszka (Rafalska) is an experienced talent acquisition and project management professional with a background in recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Korn Ferry since October 2022, Katarzyna is on parental leave since February 2023. Prior to this, Katarzyna held leadership roles at AstraZeneca, managing recruitment teams for the Central Eastern Europe, Baltics, and Balkan regions, and served as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Additional experience includes senior positions at Pharm-Olam and Merck Group, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment processes, stakeholder management, and the implementation of recruitment strategies. Katarzyna began their career with roles in EMEA recruitment at Covance and recruitment positions at major firms such as Russell Reynolds Associates, Cummins Inc, and Heineken UK, backed by a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in management psychology from Jagiellonian University.
