Michal Motil

Michal Motil currently serves as a Learning Manager at Sapiens since February 2024. Previously, Michal held the position of Business Enablement Manager at Kornit Digital, where the focus was on global onboarding and learning processes for end customers, partners, and internal customer service teams. As Learning Manager at Strauss Group Inc. from May 2017 to June 2021, Michal managed learning and development programs across the marketing and G&A divisions, emphasizing employee onboarding, ethics, and compliance initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Learning Manager at Delta Galil Industries, where responsibilities encompassed global learning for over 14,000 employees and establishing the Delta DNA learning campus. Michal holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University.
