Ilias Nikolakopoulos

Ilias Nikolakopoulos began their career in 2003 as a Consultant of software development at TEAM SA. In 2004, they became the CEO at HSM Technologies PC, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the company's strategic focus, developing long-term business and marketing plans, daily contact and meeting with clients, supervising the day to day handling of all company related matters, and budget preparation. In 2006, they took on the role of being in charge of software development for MST SA. In 2016, they were appointed SVP of Operations at Kosterina. In 2020, they became Co-Founder of 3o Premium Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Ilias Nikolakopoulos obtained a Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire between 1998 and 2001. Ilias then went on to earn an MBA from Kingston University London between 2002 and 2004. Lastly, they completed a BSc in Business Administration from Hellenic Open University between 2011 and 2015.
