Mitch Miesner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mitch began their career in 2001 as an HVAC technician at Peak Mechanical Services Corp. Mitch then worked as an installer at BBM Concrete before transitioning to sales roles.

In 2006, Mitch joined Firstline Security as an Advertising Director, where they sold security services door-to-door and led a team of 22 individuals. This experience sparked their interest in entrepreneurship and taught him the value of hard work and effort.

From 2008 to 2012, Mitch worked at Pinnacle Security as a Sales Trainer, overseeing the training program for a rapidly growing security company. Mitch gained valuable knowledge about human capital and employee performance during this time.

In 2012, Mitch joined ARM Alarm, LLC as part of the Sales Management team, focusing on marketing and selling alarm services to homeowners and students. Mitch then took on various roles at LGCY Power, including Director of Training and Development and VP of Sales Experience. Mitch was responsible for sales methodology and effectiveness, as well as recruitment, training, managing, and coaching employees in solar customer acquisition.

In 2020, Mitch joined Vivint as the Director of Vivint Energy, where they worked until January 2022. Mitch then moved on to KOTA Energy Group, where they currently hold the position of Vice President.

Throughout their career, Mitch has developed a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a sense of responsibility and accountability, which they attribute to their upbringing on a family farm. Overall, their work experience reflects their adaptability, leadership skills, and commitment to achieving success in various industries.

Mitch Miesner completed their Prerequisites at Snow College in 2002. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Utah Valley University from 2006 to 2010.
