Kailash Thadani

Kailash Thadani currently serves as the Head of Data Platform, Engineering & Governance at Kotak Mahindra Bank since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kailash held the position of Head of Engineering for Data Platform and Analytics at Amazon from December 2016 to June 2023. Kailash also worked as a Senior Technical Architect and Lead Performance Engineer at Avekshaa Technologies, focusing on performance architecture for Reliance Jio. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Technical Consultant and Technical Lead at Teradata, as well as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Kailash Thadani holds a PGCBM in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
