Carlos Osuna Zemelman

Carlos Osuna Zemelman has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Carlos is currently working at Kount, an Equifax Company, as the Senior Director of Kount International Business Development since January 2023. Prior to this, they had various roles at Equifax, including LatAm Fraud & ID Director from July 2022 to February 2023, Equifax Transformation Director from January 2021 to July 2022, Mexico & Central America Marketing Director from June 2018 to January 2021, Marketing Planning and Execution Director from January 2016 to June 2018, and Regional HR Director/PMO – Mexico & CAM from January 2015 to January 2016. In their roles at Equifax, Carlos was responsible for strategic planning, regional transformation, portfolio diversification, and innovation across multiple geographies. Carlos also led change management initiatives and organizational restructuring to attract new talent. Before joining Equifax, Carlos worked at World Economic Forum as an External Staff member from January 2007 to January 2014. Carlos also had roles at Anglo American as a Human Resources Director from July 2011 to April 2013 and as an HR Specialist from April 2010 to September 2011. At Anglo American, Carlos managed mergers, developed HR strategies, and oversaw contracts and construction projects. Carlos began their career as an HR Analyst at BHP Billiton from January 2007 to February 2009.

Carlos Osuna Zemelman earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, where they studied from 2007 to 2008. In 2011, they attended GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) and completed the Programme for Management Excellence (PME) in the field of Management. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2007, Carlos studied at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and obtained a degree in Commercial Engineering, specializing in Economics.
