Sabra Hill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sabra began their career in 2000 as an Imaging Specialist at BMI Imaging Systems, where they worked until 2003. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at Quest Media & Supplies, Inc. as an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, providing quotes, configurations, and support. In 2012, they joined AHEAD as a Partner Manager for the West region. Sabra then moved on to Kovarus in 2012, where they held the positions of Sales Support Representative/Network & Server Specialist until 2017, and later became a Partner Development Manager. Throughout their career, Sabra has demonstrated their abilities in sales support, customer service, and partner management.

Sabra Hill completed their education at Heald College-Roseville, where they earned two A.A.S. degrees. From 2003 to 2005, they studied Information Technology Network Systems Administration. During the same period, they also pursued a degree in Network Technology with an emphasis in Microsoft Networking.

In addition to their educational background, Sabra Hill holds several certifications. Sabra obtained the Cisco Customer Success Manager Specialist certification from Cisco in October 2020. In December 2019, they received the Excel VBA certification from Kovarus and the Cisco Collaboration SaaS certification from Cisco. Prior to that, in April 2017, they obtained the Excel Pivot Tables certification from AcademyX Computer Training, and in March 2015, they completed the Excel Intermediate Workshop from the same institution.
