Liz Eighteen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Liz started their career as a European Marketing Executive at Hobsons EMEA, where they successfully executed a marketing campaign and established relationships with education clients. Liz then joined Kantar Millward Brown as an Account Manager, where they managed key client accounts and provided research services. Afterward, Liz worked at McCormick & Company as a Consumer Insight Manager, responsible for managing consumer research across EMEA and implementing a research program for brand development. Following this, they founded Liz Eighteen Research Consultancy, specializing in consumer insights for FMCG brands. Liz later joined KP Snacks, initially as a Consumer & Shopper Insight Manager and later as a Tyrrells Brand Manager, overseeing brand management and launching new products. Currently, Liz holds the position of Head of Innovation at KP Snacks.

Liz Eighteen completed a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in the year 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a BA Hons degree from Durham University between 2000 and 2003, with their studies focusing on French, Geography, and Anthropology.
