Megan E. Young

Megan E. Young, MBA, currently serves as a Graduate Intern at Hereba Mental Health Counseling, beginning in January 2024. With extensive experience in communication and training roles at KPH HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC since September 2017, Megan has been responsible for crafting and executing internal communications that foster employee engagement and strengthen company culture. Previous positions include work in executive offices at Financial Services, Marcus & Millichap, and McKinsey & Company, along with an Operations Coordinator role at Northern Safety. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Le Moyne College, an MBA from Utica University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Grand Canyon University, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Herkimer County Community College.
