Victor Pribadi

Victor Pribadi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Talent Acquisition at KPN Corp since January 2023. Previously, Victor held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at JD.ID from March 2020 to January 2023 and worked as a self-employed HR consultant from August 2015 to January 2023, catering to various sectors including technology, agribusiness, and luxury retail. Victor co-founded PT Talenta Cemerlang Indonesia, an HR tech startup, from March 2017 to December 2022, and served in managerial positions at The Kraft Heinz Company, Sophie Paris, ISMAYA Group, Ernst & Young, and MNC Sky Vision, gaining extensive experience in recruitment, talent development, and HR management. Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
