James Pollard has over 15 years of experience with Kraft Heinz, currently serving as Global Strategy Director, where responsibilities include leading strategic planning and ensuring the relevance and implementation of a 10-year strategy across various zones. Previously, James held several key positions including VP Portfolio Officer, CFO for both the International Growth Management and Northern Europe sectors, and Category Lead for UK&I Beanz, Pasta, and Quick Hot Meals, demonstrating expertise in finance, portfolio strategy, and revenue management. James began the career as a European Purchasing Financial Analyst with The Kraft Heinz Company and holds a 2.1 degree in Management and Mathematics from The University of Sheffield.
