Stacey Johnson

Stacey Johnson currently serves as Head of Global Talent at Kraft Heinz, focusing on embedding Talent To Value, leading Talent Management, and integrating Global University Relations programs. Previously, Stacey held various leadership roles at Kraft Heinz, including Head of Talent & Performance for North America Zone, where contributions supported regional people initiatives, and Head of Leadership & Culture, which involved implementing an annual global engagement survey that achieved a 3% increase in employee engagement. Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, Stacey worked at Teach For America for nearly a decade, ultimately serving as Managing Director of Learning and Development for Alumni Affairs, overseeing staff engagement and professional development. Additional roles at Teach For America included Director of Recruitment and Senior Associate of Recruitment, where Stacey successfully designed training programs, managed recruitment teams, and contributed to significant application growth.
