Alexandra Allen

Alexandra Allen is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Operations Lead at Kraken since January 2024, following the company's acquisition of Sennen. Prior to this, Alexandra held various roles at Sennen, including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed team management, financial oversight, and strategic planning. Between May 2019 and June 2021, Alexandra co-founded Next Chapter Books CIC, aimed at creating a community bookshop and space in South Bristol. Alexandra's extensive experience at Sustrans from June 2005 to April 2018 included roles such as Strategy & Governance Director and Central Operations Director, where leadership involved governance, business development, and strategic implementation. Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Society & Space from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Women's Studies from Trent University.
