Julian Daniels

Julian Daniels is the current Managing Director of Institutional at KraneShares. Prior to this, Julian was with America SCORES New York and VanEck. At VanEck, Julian was a Director of Institutional Business Development and was a senior member of the institutional team with a focus on emerging markets (broad and regional) and public real assets. Julian was with VanEck from January 2008 to July 2018, during which time the firm grew from ~$5b-$50b.

Prior to VanEck, Julian was with Locust Valley Bayville Soccer Club. Before that, they were with Select Access Management, LLC from January 2005 to December 2007 as an Associate.

Julian Daniels attended Northeastern University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Theirtory and Political Science. Julian then attended the Portledge School.

They are on a team with Derek Yan - Director, Investments, Zach Parke - Business Development Associate, and Kyle McGrath - Director, Client Service. Julian Daniels reports to Brendan Ahern, CIO.
