Dr. Jesse Mangual

Dr. Jesse Mangual has extensive experience in quality management and leadership roles in the aerospace and defense industry. Dr. Jesse most recently served as the Vice President of Quality at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, where they oversaw the Quality organization across six US facilities. Prior to that, they were the President of Q Source, LLC, providing consulting services for optimizing quality management systems. Dr. Mangual also held leadership positions at Gulfstream Aerospace, Moog Aircraft Group, Textron Systems Corporation, Alstom Power Inc., Kaman Aerospace Corporation, Omega Corporation, Caval Tool Division, and Alpha Q Inc. Dr. Jesse'sexpertise includes developing quality assurance strategies, implementing continuous improvement processes, and achieving ISO certifications.

Dr. Jesse Mangual holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Quality Management Systems from Cambridge College, which they obtained between 2016 and 2020. Dr. Jesse also holds a Doctorate and Ph.D in Engineering Management from Kennedy Western University, acquired from 2001 to 2005. Dr. Mangual received a Master of Science degree in Management from Albertus Magnus College from 1999 to 2001. Dr. Jesse also has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science from Norwich University, obtained between 1972 and 1975. In addition, Dr. Mangual holds a certification as a Certified Manufacturing Engineer from SME, obtained in 1989.
