Cristina Darwish

Cristina Darwish is a partner at Karambatsos Avocats, specializing in commercial real estate, financing, and corporate/commercial law since March 2017. Previously, Cristina held the position of Legal Counsel for Global Fund Structuring at Innocap Investment Management Inc. from November 2014 to March 2017, following a role as Legal Counsel at AECOM, where responsibilities included corporate legal advisement and claims handling for Ontario and Maritime operations. Cristina’s early career included corporate governance consulting at GENIVAR and corporate securities and M&A transactional work at Stikeman Elliott LLP, where Cristina began as an articling student. Educational qualifications include a Common Law Degree from the University of Ottawa, a Civil Law Degree from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Western University.
