Mary Ellen Harris

Mary Ellen Harris, PhD, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kreischer Miller since July 2021, leading the HR function with a focus on talent development and retention. Concurrently, Mary Ellen has been an Adjunct Instructor and Curriculum Designer at Eastern University since September 2013. Previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources at Office Practicum, Director of Human Resources at both Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP and Kreischer Miller, and various HR roles in organizations such as Global Tax Management and SmithKline Beecham Clinical Labs. Mary Ellen holds a PhD in Leadership from Eastern University, a Master's degree in Organizational Design & Development from Penn State Great Valley, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from York College of Pennsylvania.
