Mark Patrick Mihalik Jr has a long and varied work history. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Software Support Specialist for Blackbaud. In 2010, they moved to The MIL Corporation, where they held two roles: Configuration Management Analyst and Technical Support Specialist. In 2012, they became a Web Projects Specialist for Independent. In 2014, they worked as a Business and Database Analyst for Akron Children's Hospital, and also as a Web Content Manager for Cogneato Incorporated. In 2015, they took on the role of Web Communications Editing Assistant at Kent State University. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Fanatics, Inc., first as an E-Commerce Business Manager and then as a User Experience Specialist, Site Quality. Currently, they are the Design Director at Kris Chislett Design.
Mark Patrick Mihalik Jr obtained an Associate's degree from Owens Community College in 2007 in E-Business Technology. Mark Patrick then went on to The University of Toledo, graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor of Organizational Technology. In 2014, they obtained a Leadership and Coaching Certificate from The University of Akron. In 2016, they received a Master of Science from Kent State University in Information Architecture (IA) and Knowledge Management (KM), User Experience (UX) Design. Mark Patrick also holds a Blackbaud Certification in The Raiser's Edge (bCRE).
