Kim Stewart-Crossley

Kim Stewart-Crossley has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Kim has been a Coach/Director at Catalyst Allstars CIC since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Product Tester at Kromek Group plc from 2018-2021, a Customer Advisor at Parseq from 2017-2018, a Quality Officer at QuantuMDx Group Limited from 2017-2018, a Customer Advisor at The AA from 2016-2017, a Systems Integration Technician at IDS from 2008-2016, and a QC Senior Scientific Officer at Leica Microsystems from 2001-2008. While at IDS, their role included validation/verification of specialised automation software and hardware, including writing protocols and reports, troubleshooting and repair of automation systems, and assisting in development of new assays. Her role at Leica Microsystems included testing mouse monoclonal and rabbit polyclonal antibodies for QC via both manual assay techniques and automated analysers, routine tissue staining, and protein analysis using the Bradford technique. Kim was also trained in ISO and Kaizen techniques.

Kim Stewart-Crossley attended Northumbria University from 1997 to 1999, where they earned a HNC in Applied Biology.
