Allison Frisbee

Allison Frisbee, J.D., joined Kronos Bio in September 2020 as Vice President, Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Kronos Bio, she served in the Jazz Pharmaceuticals Legal and Compliance department where she provided strategic compliance counsel for the development, launch and commercialization of a broad portfolio of neuroscience and oncology therapeutics such as Xyrem, Xywav, Zepzelca, Erwinaze and Vyxeos. Prior to Jazz, she was a member of the in-house legal team at Bristol Myers-Squibb supporting the company’s oncology, cardiovascular and virology franchises. In private practice, Allison represented numerous life sciences companies at Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe. Allison holds a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Rochester. Allison is a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and New Hampshire (inactive).
