Yosawat Parnto has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Yosawat began their career at CENTRAL Group of Companies as a Business Analyst from 1996 to 1999. Yosawat then moved on to Exact Software (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as a Support Specialist from 1999 to 2000. Yosawat then joined iCE Consulting Co., Ltd. as a Consultant from 2000 to 2003. Yosawat further developed their career at Deloitte as a Consulting Manager from 2003 to 2006. Yosawat then joined Datapro Computer Systems as a Senior Project Manager from 2006 to 2011. Since 2011, Yosawat has been working at Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL., where they have taken on various roles including IT Project Manager from 2011 to 2012, Assistant Vice President - IT Services from 2012 to 2015, Head of Service Support from 2015 to 2021, Head of Software Development (Enterprise) from 2021 to 2023, and currently, they hold the position of Head of IT Solution and Support.
Yosawat Parnto earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Assumption University, which they attended from 1993 to 1996. Yosawat then continued their education at Assumption University and obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology from 1998 to 2002.
In addition to their degrees, Yosawat Parnto has also obtained several certifications. In 2008, they received the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2012, they obtained the LOMA 1: Insurance Fundamental certification from LOMA. Yosawat Parnto has also obtained various ITIL certifications, including ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in 2016, ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Service Operation in 2017, and ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Service Transition in 2019. Yosawat also holds the ITIL Foundation (ITIL4) Certificate in IT Service Management, which they obtained in 2019. Furthermore, Yosawat Parnto obtained the DevOps Foundation certification from the DevOps Institute in 2016 and the Certified Agile Service Manager certification in 2017. Lastly, they completed the Asia Leadership Programme (ALP) from the Leadership Management Institute in 2014.
