Josefine Weihard

Josefine Weihard has a diverse work experience in various HR and recruitment roles. Josefine is currently working as a People Business Partner at Kry since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Spotify from 2017 to 2021 in roles such as Program Manager, HR CoE, and Senior HR Specialist, where they focused on performance management, employee relations, career development, and employee engagement. Before Spotify, they worked at Swedavia AB as an HR Business Partner, where they provided strategic and operational HR support to a large organization. Josefine also managed the implementation of a Learning and Talent management system and led a company-wide skills framework initiative. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant Manager Assistant at Academic Work, assisting with recruitment activities, and as a Sales Representative at Nudie Jeans.

Josefine Weihard attended the University of Gothenburg from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including Advanced Facilitation from Lorensbergs in December 2016, the GDQ - Group Development Questionnaire from Henrysson, Åkerlund & Sjöberg AB in April 2016, the OPQ - Personality Questionnaire from CEB in December 2015, and the Verify - Ability test also from CEB in December 2015.
