Emal Rustemi

Emal Rustemi, MBA is currently the Director of Business Development at KrypC, where he serves as the Americas Head of Sales and Business Development for a Blockchain/Web3 startup. Before joining KrypC, he led the Blockchain Practice in the Americas at Wipro as the Business Development Director, providing strategy consultation and enterprise implementation support. Emal also has experience as a Senior Consultant/Chief of Staff at Wipro Digital where he co-led the launch of a training program for Oracle Cloud applications. With a background in mechanical engineering and systems engineering, Emal has a strong foundation for his work in various technical and business development roles at companies like LinkedIn and Panasonic Industrial Devices Sales Company of America. Additionally, he has conducted research and designed innovative systems during his time as a Research Scholar at Stevens Institute of Technology. Emal holds multiple Master of Business Administration degrees in International Business and has a Bachelor's of Engineering with Honors in Mechanical Engineering and Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
