Janice Ruff, MBA, ABCP

Janice Ruff, MBA, ABCP has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Janice started working at Morneau Shepell in October 2012 as a Senior Benefit Analyst and worked until September 2013. Janice then moved on to Univers in October 2013 as an Implementation Project Manager, where they worked until September 2014. Janice then joined Mercer HR Services LLC in September 2014 as an Implementation Manager and stayed until April 2018. Janice then worked at IRIS Consulting Corporation as a Senior Project Coordinator from June 2018 until November 2018. Currently, Janice is a Customer Success Manager at Kuali, Inc. since November 2018.

Janice Ruff holds an MBA degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Davenport University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Janice Ruff obtained the certification of Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) from DRI International (Disaster Recovery Institute) in May 2021.
