Shawn Sarbacker

Shawn Sarbacker is currently the Vice President at Kulicke & Soffa, leading strategic initiatives in Smart Manufacturing Solutions for semiconductor assembly. Prior to this, Shawn held various leadership roles in the Ball Bonder Business Unit at Kulicke & Soffa, overseeing P&L, product management, R&D, and product development globally. With a background in engineering and academia, Shawn also founded TechVsALS, a project working towards establishing ALS Expanded Access Programs. Shawn has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and has taught courses at University of Pennsylvania and University of Michigan.
