Fleur Therese Saguid

Fleur Therese Saguid has a diverse work experience in human resources and operations. Fleur Therese is currently a Senior Vice President of HR and Operations at Kumu since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Kumu from October 2021 to November 2023. Fleur Therese also held leadership positions at Talent Tree Solutions as the President and Managing Partner since January 2017, and at Uploan PH as the Vice President of People and Culture from May 2020 to January 2022. Fleur Therese was also a Director of People and Culture at Uploan PH from January 2020 to May 2020. Additionally, they worked at Snapcart as the Group HR Manager (SEA & Brazil) from July 2018 to April 2020, at First Circle as the People Operations Head from October 2016 to June 2018, at Zomato as the HR and Operations Manager from July 2015 to October 2016, and in various HR roles at Zomato from January 2014 to July 2015. Fleur Therese started their career at Vocus as an HR Generalist from September 2012 to March 2014 and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from April 2012 to September 2012. Fleur Therese also gained experience at Monde Nissin Corporation as an HR Staffing Specialist from November 2011 to April 2012 and as an HR Assistant from June 2011 to November 2011. Finally, they worked as an Organizational Development Intern at Philippine Airlines from October 2010 to January 2011.
