B2B Sales Representative

The mission of the Sales Manager is to lead the commercial strategy focused on revenue growth and overachievement of objectives, attracting new businesses and taking care of current businesses.

Principal functions

  • Conduct sales prospecting, lead generation and business planning.

  • Plan and organize the activities required to meet the sales objectives.

  • Carry out permanent hunting of new clients.

  • Sell ​​Kushki products and get new customers.

  • Coordinate and attend meetings with clients.

  • Keep the sales CRM (Salesforce) updated with the different stages of each client/opportunity.

  • Propose improvements in the sales process.

  • Comply with the management indicators, present reports and work based on the constant growth of clients and sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as Director/Sales Manager in Fintech companies, digital payments, payment gateways or Enterprise software (desirable)

  • Experience with CRM, desirable Salesforce

  • Intermediate English - Advanced
