Rickey-Leigh Harneker

Rickey-Leigh Harneker is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Kuunda since November 2024. Formerly, Rickey-Leigh held the position of Head of People Operations at Kohort from September 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition, developing HR strategies, managing the employee lifecycle, and fostering an inclusive work culture. Earlier roles include Head of People at Snapt, Talent Team Lead at Kurtosys Systems, Workforce Manager at Global Kinetic People, and Recruitment Specialist at Taudata Consultants, among others. Rickey-Leigh possesses extensive expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development, supported by a strong educational background in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Town.
