Adil M. Qureshi

Adil M. Qureshi has a diverse work experience in the HR and recruiting field. Adil is currently the Head of HR & People Operations at Kwanso since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Talent & People at Sendoso from October 2018 to June 2022, where they played a key role in expanding the company's presence in the US market. Adil also served as the Director of HR & Recruiting at Educative, Inc. in January 2022.

Before working in the tech industry, Adil gained experience as an Independent IT Recruiter from September 2017 to September 2018. Adil also served as the Manager HR at RegBits (Pvt.) Ltd. from August 2017 to December 2017, where they successfully set up the recruitment process and developed the performance management and job offer documentation processes.

In their earlier career, Adil worked at Arbisoft as a Senior Executive HR from June 2016 to May 2017, where they handled end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. Adil also served as a Human Resources Executive at Arbisoft from May 2014 to June 2016, where they were responsible for recruitment, HR operations, and ISO 27001/ ISMS auditing.

Adil's professional journey began as an HR Officer at Bahria Town from March 2013 to December 2013, where they implemented HR functions and maintained employee records. Adil started their career as an intern at Pakistan International Airlines in 2009.

Adil M. Qureshi pursued their education from 2010 to 2012 at SUIT, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Human Resources Management.
