Manager - Human Resource at Kwanso

Shazia Ameen has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2009. Shazia began their career as an Internee at TRG Customer Solutions in 2009. In 2012, they joined Care Foundation Pakistan as an HR Officer, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection activities, induction and orientation for new hires, and preparing monthly HR reports. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Zameen.com as an Assistant Manager Human Resources, where their duties included talent acquisition and employee retention at all levels, induction and orientation for new hires, and strategizing and planning under the supervision of the Director and Manager of Human Resources. In 2015, they also took on the role of Visiting Faculty at the University of the Punjab. In 2019, they joined Hazel Mobile as a Manager of Human Resources, and in 2020, they moved to Kwanso as a Manager of Human Resources.

Shazia Ameen received their Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Management and Technology in 2013. Shazia also earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mass Communication from Forman Christian College University in 2011.
