Carrie Barber

Carrie Barber is a highly experienced research and development chemist with a strong background in formulating and improving adhesive technologies across various industries, including automotive and industrial applications. Currently serving as a Senior Research and Development Chemist at Kymera International since February 2020, Carrie previously held roles such as Research Scientist II at Pidilite Innovation Center and Lead R&D Chemist at Ennis-Flint EMEA. Throughout Carrie's career, responsibilities have included product development, customer approvals of automotive formulations, leading plant trials, and managing quality assurance departments. Carrie holds a Bachelor's degree from Ursuline College and has also studied at Cuyahoga Community College.
