Kristy Nation is currently serving as the Assistant News Director at KYTX CBS19 since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kristy held various positions such as Executive News Producer and News Producer at WCNC Charlotte from April 2008 to January 2022. With a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from McNeese State University, Kristy has an extensive background in news production, having worked at various news stations including WWBT-TV, KOMO-TV, Spectrum News, WTVR-TV, and KPLC-TV.
