Matthew Tsao

Matthew Tsao is a dedicated health advocate and social entrepreneur with extensive experience in community engagement and public health initiatives. As the founder of ALIGN Organization, Matthew focuses on enriching lives through community-based service and resource distribution. Currently serving as a Youth Advisory Council Health Advocate with Beach Cities Health District, Matthew connects students with crucial health resources and addresses issues such as substance use and mental health. Additional roles include Project Leader with L.A. Works and Peer Health Assistant for the Mental Health Services Oversight & Accountability Commission. Matthew's previous experience includes positions with 3i Inc., PPE Unite, and the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, among others. Matthew is pursuing education at Cornell University, building on a strong foundation from Bishop Montgomery High School.
