Tara Racano

Tara Racano currently serves as the CEO of Racano Household since June 2016 and has held multiple roles at L-3 Mobile-Vision since March 2012, including Compliance Manager and Marketing Manager. In these positions, Tara has been responsible for ethics compliance, environmental health and safety coordination, security management, and comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing corporate communications and social media. Prior experience includes a role as a Marketing Specialist at L-3 Communications, where responsibilities included managing tradeshow activities and campaign management, and as a Marketing Analyst at Toyota Financial Services. Tara holds a degree in History from Rowan University, earned in 2001.
