Muhammad Emirudin

Muhammad Emirudin is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate legal matters, contract drafting and management, compliance, and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Legal Specialist at Nawakara since September 2022, Muhammad is responsible for various legal functions, including internal counsel, regulatory compliance, and anti-bribery management. Previously, Muhammad worked as a Legal Officer at LinkAja Modalin, where responsibilities included contract analysis, credit dispute resolution, and compliance management. Muhammad has also held roles at J & P Law Firm and Aerotrans - Garuda Indonesia Group, gaining skills in legal documentation, good corporate governance, and corporate communication. Muhammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Universitas Sriwijaya.
