Joel Zehrung

Joel Zehrung is an experienced leader in program and operations management, currently serving as Lead Program Manager at L3Harris Technologies since September 2019, where multiple fuzing and ordnance programs are managed throughout various stages of their life cycle. Previously, as Vice President & General Manager at TECm from March 2006 to September 2019, Joel was instrumental in founding the company, steering its growth through strategic acquisitions, and overseeing all operational aspects while managing a team of 22. Additional experience includes roles in IT and systems support at Northern Illinois University and Monona Wire Corporation and technical expertise developed during military service as a Cryptographic Radio Technician in the Illinois Army National Guard. Joel holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University and a certification in Radio and Cryptographic Equipment Repair from military training.
