Kathleen MacMahon

Kathleen MacMahon is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Principal Counsel at L3Harris Technologies, delivering strategic legal advice on contracts and subcontracts since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kathleen operated a successful legal practice focused on supporting business growth through expertise in government and commercial contracting from 2010 to 2023. Previously, at United Space Alliance, Kathleen held positions as Associate General Counsel and Director of Global Export Compliance, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating contracts, managing regulatory compliance, and advising on corporate governance. Kathleen began their legal career as a Litigation Associate Attorney at Kramer, Sewell, Sopko & Levenstein, P.A. and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida State University, as well as legal education from St. Thomas University and Temple University.
