After starting her professional life with clinical experience in a hospital environment, as a neuropsychologist, Virginie Lleu joined Jouveinal pharmaceutical laboratories in 1992 in the human resources department.

She then joined a recruitment firm specializing in health, GSA, as a consultant, then joined Pact & Partners International as a senior consultant in charge of the health and biotechnology sectors.

From 2000, Virginie worked as a recruitment consultant for international executive search firms, such as Korn Ferry International and Spencer Stuart, where she contributed to the development of the practice dedicated to Health and Biotechnology.

After carrying out a large number of missions in a wide variety of functions (General Management, R&D, Marketing / Sales, Manufacturing, Business Development, HR, Finance, etc.), Virginie founded L2S (Life Science Search), in 2003, a recruitment firm by direct approach specifically dedicated to Health. As her activity progressed significantly, she surrounded herself with a team of 8 people. L2S then quickly became a leading recruitment firm in the Life Sciences. Eighteen months later and after a strong increase in turnover, Korn Ferry International bought Whitehead Mann and the team was redeployed.

Based on her various significant experiences and the expertise developed at L2S, Virginie Lleu created L3S Partnership in October 2010 with the aim of becoming one of the leading life science research firms in Europe.
