Guillaume Cussac

Guillaume Cussac has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Guillaume started their career in 1996 as an Associate in Corporate Finance at ING Barings. Guillaume then joined Lazard (Frères) as a VP in Mergers & Acquisitions, where they were involved in major cross-border acquisitions and divestitures.

In 2001, Guillaume became the Finance Director and a member of the Management Committee at InPACT Semiconductors, a VC-backed manufacturer. Here, they were responsible for FP&A, accounting, treasury, and legal affairs.

From 2004 to 2009, Guillaume worked at Expedia Inc. Guillaume started as the Finance Director in France and was part of the team that launched the Expedia website in France. Guillaume then became the General Manager of E-commerce in France and EMEA, where they led revenue targets and managed a team across several European markets.

After Expedia, Guillaume held various roles at ebookers.com/Orbitz Worldwide. Guillaume was the VP of ebookers Region 1 and International Partnerships, responsible for the P&L and brand and online marketing. Guillaume also served as the Global VP and General Manager EMEA, leading the international growth initiative and turn-around of the EMEA markets.

In 2015, Guillaume joined the Paris 2024 Bid Committee as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they oversaw finance, HR, legal, compliance, IT, and tourism and accommodation. Guillaume secured agile and scalable solutions for the Bid Committee and the newly formed Organization Committee.
