Charles Lapointe

Charles Lapointe has a strong background in the retail industry, with a focus on merchandising and buying. Charles is currently serving as the Vice President of Merchandising at La Cordée, where they work directly with the President to oversee buying, merchandising, and planning for the company's outdoor equipment and athletic apparel offerings. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Divisional Vice President, Menswear at Holt Renfrew, where they were responsible for rebuilding and developing the Menwear categories. Charles also served as a Buyer for Outerwear and Sportswear at Harry Rosen's, leading strategic initiatives across all stores in Canada. Earlier in their career, Charles worked as a Buyer for Menswear at La Maison Simons and as a Financial Analyst in the Fund Development department at SSQ Assurance | SSQ Insurance.

Charles Lapointe attended Université Laval from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance. Additionally, they completed CFA Level 1 at the CFA Institute.
