Emily Arnold Ford

Emily Arnold Ford has a long history of experience in the fashion industry. Emily began their career in 2000 as a Women's Denim Buyer at EXPRESS. In 2005, they moved to Pacific Sunwear as a Men's Merchant. In 2007, they were a Sr. Merchant at bebe, overseeing the Street Side of Business, buying for Casual Bottoms, Jackets, Knit Tops, Dresses, Sweaters and Logo. In 2009, they became a Buyer - Tops at Wet Seal, LLC. Emily then returned to Pacific Sunwear in 2011, taking on the roles of Vice President Womens Merchandising, Divisional Merchandising Manager Womens, and Sr. Buyer - Tops, Dresses, Outerwear, Swim. Most recently, in 2022, they became Vice President Merchandising at VICI.

Emily Arnold Ford received a BA from Humboldt State University with a major in Business, Costume Design, and Consumer Psych. Emily also completed the LIMITED BRANDS Merchant-In-Training Program.
