Corrado De Falco has extensive work experience, starting in 1998 as a Manufacturing Manager at Unilever. Corrado then worked at Danone as a Maintenance & Technical Factory Manager, where they were responsible for total plant maintenance and implementation of new projects. In 2007, they became a Plant Manager at AZ Surgelati S.p.A., managing all technical and organizational issues and implementing Lean Manufacturing methodology. Corrado joined La Doria S.p.A. in 2013 as a Plant Director and TPM Company Manager, responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge management, and training programs. Corrado also served as the Country Operation Manager at R&R Ice Cream Ltd and later the Country Operation Head at FRONERI (Nestlé and R&R joint-venture). Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at La Doria S.p.A., where they oversee 6 production units and ensures efficient operations and workflow implementation.

Corrado De Falco holds a Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. In 2017, they completed an Executive Program in Supply Chain Management at SDA Bocconi. In the following year, 2018, they pursued another Executive Program at SDA Bocconi, specializing in Finance for Non-Finance Manager, with a focus on Lettura e Analisi del Bilancio d'Esercizio.
