Fabrice Ligouzat has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in the food industry. Fabrice began their career as a General Manager at LEADER PRICE, where they successfully decreased inventory shrinkage and increased store sales. Fabrice then joined Boulangerie paul as a Senior Regional Director, overseeing the operations of 10 stores and implementing strategies to grow the business. In this role, they also successfully launched the French PAUL bakery brand in Miami and established it in the U.S. market. Ligouzat later became the Director of Operations for the Paris region, managing a network of 20 stores and achieving significant sales growth and profitability. Fabrice also served as the Director of Operations for PAUL USA, where they launched new stores, grew the business to $6 million in annual revenue within a year, and implemented cost-saving measures. Ligouzat then joined Maison Kayser USA as the Director of Operations and New Development, where they played a key role in expanding the brand in the U.S. market. Most recently, they are serving as the Director of Operations at Roti Modern Mediterranean. In their current role as the Director of Operations at La Farm Bakery, they are responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the business. Throughout their career, Ligouzat has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive growth, effectively manage operations, and achieve positive financial results.
