Heath Prince

Heath Prince serves as a Senior Development Economist at La Isla Network since September 2022 and holds the position of Director at the Ray Marshall Center, University of Texas, Austin since September 2014. Additionally, Prince works as a Research Scientist at The University of Texas at Austin and a Collaborating Researcher for the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development, leading research on social policy alternatives from the Global South. Previous roles include Associate Director at the Ray Marshall Center for the Study of Human Resources, Affiliated Researcher at the Institute for Global Health and Development, Senior Policy Analyst at the Center for Law and Social Policy, and Adjunct Lecturer at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Social Policy from The Heller School at Brandeis University, an M.P.Aff from the LBJ School of Public Affairs, and a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
