Cynthia W.

Cynthia W. has a diverse range of work experience in the apparel industry. Cynthia currently holds the position of Design Director at La Jolla Group, specifically for the O'Neill Womens division. Prior to this role, Cynthia was the Design Manager for the same division.

Before joining La Jolla Group, Cynthia worked at Boardriders, where they held various positions. Cynthia began as a Receptionist at Modern Amusement and then moved on to become a Production Assistant and later a Production Coordinator. Cynthia then transitioned to the role of PLM Trainer & Support Specialist, followed by Global Head of PLM Business Process & Systems. Cynthia also worked as a Regional Apparel Designer for ROXY Americas and eventually became the ROXY Sr. Apparel Design Manager for the Americas region.

Prior to their time at Boardriders, Cynthia worked as an Assistant Merchandiser/Designer at BB Dakota, Inc.
